So glad you’re here…
Hi, I’m Emmy. I grew up on the east coast and currently practice in northwestern Washington state, home of the Lhaq'temish, Nooksack, and Coast Salish people. In addition to my clinical counseling degree, I have training in conflict resolution, Depth Hypnosis, Buddhist psychology, community organizing, plant medicine, and body-based liberation.
My approach is patient and soothing, while also fun and direct. I know when to follow the client’s lead, and when to step in to create a safe container for our work. I’m always open to feedback on how I can better support you. I believe therapy is a deeply collaborative process that I will take great care to co-create.
What do sessions with me look like?
Gentle reflections, spaciousness, and deep care for what you’re facing.
Our work may include meditation, somatic exploration, parts work, mindfulness, dream interpretation, spirit-based connection, and wisdom of the natural world.
